About Me
My Philosophy
I believe that every individual is innately capable and not in need of “fixing.” My goal is to provide a positive counseling experience where you feel seen, heard, and accepted for exactly who you are today.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Child-Centered Play Therapist, I bring a specialized focus to my work with children and families. I love engaging with children in their preferred style of communicating—play—and meeting them where they are at developmentally and emotionally.
Whether I’m working with a child in the playroom or an adult through Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy (DDP), my approach is always client-led. You are the expert on your own life; I am here to walk alongside you, providing the space and the relationship necessary for growth.
Advocacy & Social Justice
My practice is rooted in a deep commitment to social justice and advocacy. I believe that healing is not just an individual process, but one that is deeply connected to our communities and the systems we live in.
